چکیده
This paper focuses on solving methods of multiple internal rates return (MIRR) the series non-conventional cash flow when net present value is equal to zero. The rate a popular rule for project acceptance/rejection. When projects has three or more sign variations, (IRR) not easy obtain returns. In his paper, we introduce Descartes’ maximum positive roots, Bolzano Theorem roots in interval, Budan’s (sequence), and Sturm’s (sequence) exact numbers real their locations (intervals) where they lie finally solve problem using Newton-Raphson method approximate solution polynomial equation.

An Extension of the Internal Rate of Return to Stochastic Cash Flows
T internal rate of return (IRR) is a venerable technique for evaluating deterministic cash flow streams. Part of the difficulty in extending this measure to stochastic cash flows is the lack of coherent methods for accounting for multiple or nonexistent internal rates of return in deterministic streams. Recently such a coherent theory has been developed, and we examine its implications for stoc...
متن کاملComparing Relative and Additive Contents of Return with Cash Recovery Rate
One of the goals of financial reporting is to provide the useful information in order to facilitate the decision making. Accounting information system is of high importance for the users to make specific decisions. The information should be analyzed to present the valuable information to the investors so that in this paper, the relative content and return additive with cash recovery have been a...
متن کاملQuarterly Accruals or Cash Flows? Return Analysis
This study explores the incremental roles of accruals and net operating cash flows in generating abnormal returns using quarterly and rolling four-quarter data for the entire population of firms, as well as specific industries. Our results show that quarterly net operating cash flow (OCF) is a stronger signal about subsequent quarter’s returns than accruals, and that this result is also true fo...
متن کاملResource Investment Problem with Discounted Cash Flows
A resource investment problem is a project-scheduling problem in which the availability levels of the resources are considered as decision variables and the goal is to find a schedule, and resource requirement levels, such that some objective function optimizes. In this paper, we consider a resource investment problem in which the goal is to maximize the net present value of the project cash fl...
متن کاملNumerical solution of isospectral flows
In this paper we are concerned with the problem of solving numerically isospectral flows. These flows are characterized by the differential equation L′ = [B(L), L], L(0) = L0, where L0 is a d × d symmetric matrix, B(L) is a skew-symmetric matrix function of L and [B,L] is the Lie bracket operator. We show that standard Runge–Kutta schemes fail in recovering the main qualitative feature of these...
